Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with a window, washing machine + dryer; suitable for long-term stays. Living room and bedroom features a 55" TV (including Netflix and Amazon Fire TV Stick) and a workspace with a printer. 3 bakeries within 300m, supermarket 500m away, and a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Parking space right next to the circus car. 300 m to public transport with bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg. For sale for DKK 265,000 or make a serious offer.

My accommodation is located directly on the beach with a view of Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the centre of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on your doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Free parking directly on site. Immediate beach.

Idyllic fjord views

The view of the beach, Flensburg Fjord, the Ox Islands and Germany, means that you can immediately relax and enjoy the surroundings. Large living room with discreetly furnished kitchen.
