I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Rózsa Porta is the perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway. The small house is surrounded with a beautiul garden that also has a wellness patio and a pool. Our garden is a nice place to chill in the sun, play with your children or make a camp fire. You can park next to the house in the garden. I the house you will have a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, free WIFI, a LED television, heating and AC, also towels and bedlinen are included.

Modern, ízlésesen berendezett, (liftes) lakásunk Pécs csendes, egyetemi városrészében található. Közvetlenül a bejárattal szemben SPAR, a sarkon pékség, egy perces sétára több hangulatos kávézó, a buszmegálló alig 100 méterre található, a történelmi belváros kényelmes 10-15 perces séta vagy pár perc tömegközlekedéssel. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
