We had a very nice stay. ☺️ The two (!) rooftops are very cool. Near by is a mosque, but it didn’t bother us, we enjoyed the sounds. The house is super cute. Definitely would stay there again. 💜

Spacious and comfortable apartment in quiet location. Well equipped kitchen with water, tea bags and oil much appreciated. Mustafa was friendly, helpful and responsive. The place isn't the easiest to find, but once you're there it's in a pleasant area with shops close by, a taxi rank and public transport not too far away (listen to Mustafa's directions if you want to avoid climbing a steep hill!) Recommend for a short stay.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

The house is renovated very well. As you can see in the pictures. It was clean and tidy. Inside a one-way street, we did not have any parking problems. There is a big main road down one street. Easy access to everywhere. We stayed with pleasure. Thank you.

We stayed for two nights and the experience was great: the host and his friends were kind and accommodating and provided convenience!The room is clean and new, you can cook, the view is also nice, the two nights of the colorful sky and the double rainbow in the morning are amazing!I would recommend it to friends!Five-star reviews!

Mr. Ahmet responded to our questions very quickly, there were all the amenities said in the house. We were satisfied. Since it has heating,air conditioning and a pool, accommodation can be made in all seasons.

The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you again... 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The only problem is that we couldn't turn on the air conditioning inside, we didn't want to disturb the host because it was late, honestly , the house is beautiful , the pool is nice , the hosts are beautiful people, just don't forget to ask about the air conditioning when entering 😅🫶🏼

Also the price is a little too much, everything else was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were super modern and equipped with little things. An absolute quiet area. You should have a car to get around the area. The pool and other areas were clean, tidy as shown in the pictures. The hospitality and commitment were exceptionally good. All in all👍🏽😊.

Great location to discover the city, with nice restaurants & stores around. Walkable distance to the Bazaar & to public transportation. the apartment itself was spacious & well equipped.

This was an excellent location, clean apartment with a much appreciated little balcony. All amenities worked fine, beds were comfortable. Second bedroom on the small side for a couple, but plenty of space in the hall and living room. Glad to have the big tv with Netflix at the end of a long busy day. The concierge at the entrance to the building was smiley and looked after our bags. Even though it’s a busy noisy fun area, it seemed pretty quiet in the flat. So no trouble sleeping. Would use the flat again.

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that i ever stayed at. There is a spectacular view of Izmir, the area is in a perfect location, very quiet and peaceful but easy to get to, the space is very comfortable and clean, and the owner Firat is extremely kind, and was very helpful to us with everything we needed. I highly recommend everyone to stay here, and i hope i will come back again soon.

We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful Airbnb house managed by Aytekin and Mr. Uğur in Konak in the heart of Izmir. First of all, the location of the house was perfect. Exploring the city was extremely easy and enjoyable thanks to its central location. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with everything you could need in mind. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking, the beds were extremely comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. In addition, the hosts helped us a lot with parking, which gave us a great advantage in the city center. The hospitality and friendly attitude of Aytekin and Uğur Bey was really appreciated. We felt right at home thanks to their close attention to every detail and turning our stay into a seamless experience. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and central stay in Izmir, I definitely recommend this place. It was a great experience, thanks so much!

Bulut is a most friendly and forthcoming host, very fast to reply to questions and take care of small things that needed fixing. The apartment is spatious, clean and has a personal touch. For anyone who wants immediate access to the bustling area of Alcansak, the apartment is perfect.

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment
