Charming cottage with a fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dear guests. Welcome to the 2021 cottage, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday all year round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. When you step down the stairs to this turquoise blue cottage, it is as if you are stepping into another world. Here there is peace, privacy and you live in the middle of nature. The garden is home to lizards and is planted with lots of different rose bushes that give the most wonderful scent in the summer. On the windless days, you can hear the flapping of the birds' wings and if you listen carefully you can also hear the porpoises that swim past along the coast in the evening hours.

Bright and quiet apartment

The apartment is a self-contained unit with a private entrance that is an extension of a private residence. Cozy little place with a private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. The room contains 2 beds and a small table with two chairs, so there is the possibility to eat or working. The bathroom is small but has a shower. It is possible to use the washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a kitchenette with an electric kettle, as well as an armchair.
