Im Montenido wird die Natur zur Hauptdarstellerin. Garten, Infrarotsauna und Naturpool bieten Wellness für jede Jahreszeit. Terrassen auf allen Ebenen machen im Montenido den Übergang von innen nach außen fließend. The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

Located directly on the ski slope or the sun hiking trail and just a few meters from the cable car, your unforgettable vacation awaits you in this unique accommodation. On 150 m² of living space, you can relax and slow down with your loved ones after an eventful day. The terrace, with an infrared heater, invites you to the view of the Hohen Tauern and the longest, illuminated toboggan run in the world. Parking, right in front of the private entrance are made just for you.

Haus Eggergütl - Dream view of the Watzmann

At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

Alpeltalhütte - Shelter

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Almhaus Louise - Im Skigebiet Zillertal Arena

Wenn keiner Schnee hat - wir haben welchen! Almhaus Louise und Almhaus Oscar (je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, erbaut 2008) liegen direkt im Skigebiet Zillertal Arena an der Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Im Winter absolut schneesicher - im Sommer eine Oase der Ruhe. Sie können fast bis zur Haustür skien, und im Sommer sofort loswandern, da zwei Wandelrouten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Häuser liegen.

Vacation home Sonneck

Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
