The main room has a 160x200 cm bed, storage space, a sofa and a work station. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the bathroom there is a washing machine. Located close to the Neckar river, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa. The Old Town (Altstadt) is about a 20-minute walk away. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen can be used to prepare breakfast. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open the windows! The city requires us to charge a city tax of 3.50 euros per person per day for the first five days. Please pay this in cash on your departure day

Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
