Bungalow vacation rentals in Konkan Division

A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

Breathtaking views from this place. This villa is put up on a hill right next to palande beach & you definetly need a vehicle to go up this steep little mountain(i did it on my RE Bullet 350). Once you reach this place, its worth every effort - make sure to visit the top of hill which is hardly a 2 min walk from the villa to watch the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. From here You can see the entire Palande-harnai beach all the way upto suvarnadurga fort and the beautiful sea shimmer in all its glory in bright yellow golden & red. This villa has a comfortable spacing for 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms & 2 washrooms & a fully functional kitchen. Owners Mr Shetye & Ms. Saie were very helpful and proactive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore beaches in dapoli (karde, murud, palande, harnai, anjarle) & wants to stay at a scenic & relaxing place. nearby swimming pool, pool table, table tennis is there. No mobile network here but wifi is available. Cheers.

My first time using Airbnb & I don't regret it at all. The place was exactly as described and as shown in images. It's perfect if you're looking for a place to relax and chill without travelling too much. Beach & the supermarket are just opposite. Wine shop right next to the house. A few steps away you have a juice and snacks centre. Clifford who's the shop owner next to the house was really kind and helpful. And Mr. Marshal who coordinated the whole check in etc. too was kind, helpful. He made the check in & out and the entire stay seamless.

The stay at Tushar Bungalow was excellent.The villa was truly a home away from home.All the rooms were extremely clean.The kitchen was extremely well organised with all the necessary requirements from utensils,hot water kettle,gas,fridge,water filter.Everything was extremely well organised.Washrooms were very clean.Bedsheets ,pillows and linen was also spotlessly clean.Right from the booking of the villa Shraddha ji was always available and clarified all my queries .Her revert was also very quick .It was really a heartening gesture when she called us during our stay to see if all was ok .The caterer Shivani ji also served us sumptous breakfast and meals .My 84 year mother was also with me and she too enjoyed the stay. i would recommend people to come with a Staycation view( stay in the property and enjoy the serenity).The lawns were extremely well maintained with lovely chikoo and mango trees and lots of flowers around.We shall surely visit again.

Great place. It is maintained very well. Sea beach is in walkable distance from here. The private pool was also clean. Overall had a great experience.

The house location is very good. It was very neat and clean. All amenities were present. We really enjoyed our stay in Dapoli.

We are regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Farah’s place as one of the nicest, best-located, and real values of all the places we have stayed around Mumbai. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also, the caretaker helped us with all supermarkets which were handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Juvenal’s place was super nice! The old-fashioned Portuguese furniture and construction was a delight to experience. It is super close to Arambol beach, just a 10 min walk. There are loads of shops and such around as well. Juvenal has provided all the amenities we could ask for - soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, loads of extra towels. All in all, it was amazing! Just one heads up for all future guests - it does get pretty loud due to the surrounding area, so bring some ear plugs for the night!

So we had a wedding function hosted for one of our clients. The stay the room service and the overall experience was truly amazing. Villa is very much easily accessible from both city and highway side. Operations at villa from caretakers were smooth and responsive. We got fantastic deal for the villa booking got right support from Airbnb and owners team as were throughout. Kartik and Sagar were great at there respective works thanks for the hospitality and overall experience! Worth recommending!!🙌🏻❤️

This place felt like a home away from home. Siddharto's dad was there when we checked in. He's an artist, and the house is full of artworks. Had a great conversation will him. The house is very clean, has most amenities and the non commercial part of Kashid beach is just a minute by car (5min walking distance). The commercial beach is a km away. Our family loved the place, and we would love to visit again.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful villa with my family. The host Deep & Parul was incredibly cooperative and welcoming, making our stay truly comfortable its perfectly suited for families. What impressed us most was the host's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Not all stays are 100% perfect place to stay in, but From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, it was clear that the host was dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. The villa is perfect for kids, with plenty of space to run around and play. The caretaker Mr joy was also helpful and always checking on us overall worth spending time far away from city life. Looking forward for to visit again.

Dhun Heta bungalow is a lovely space which makes you feel just at home. Its a place that takes you back in time. We spent lazy mornings in the garden sipping teas listening to different birdsongs.... and watching the birds chirping and flitting on the branches right above us, some naughty birds were hopping on the lawns chasing a frightened panicking baby froggie, butterflies gliding along and unique centipedes that looked like a leaf... So had a very peaceful stay over the weekend!! A big big thank you to Sunitatai and Vaishalitai for preparing authenthic and super delicious marathi meals....full farmaish we had.... Thank you Heta...we certainly will connect again soon.

The stay was great. The arrangements were all up to the date. Worth spending money for the place like this. It is close to all the tourist attractions.

My stay at Stayscape was truly delightful. The property was impeccably clean, and the attendants were highly responsive and quick to assist. The evening lighting created a mesmerizing ambiance, adding to the charm of the place. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and reminiscent of home-cooked meals. The only drawback is its remote location, which might be a bit inconvenient for some. However, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Goldfinch is a really amazing 4BHK property. Host and management is really good. Rooms are big. very clean and neat bathrooms. Huge living area to chill. Great outside sitting area and one of the best pools with really clean water. They have parking area as well. Also have a terrace area where there few activities and games kept for the guests. Few things to note: The rooms are situated on higher floors so a bit difficult to manage if you have senior citizens or small babies coz you may have to go up and down several times and it can get a bit difficult. Food was average as there were some hit and miss in a few areas with regards to lunch (quantity of chicken was an issue with too many bone pieces in the gravy but taste was really good), dinner(chi.biryani was a bit on the dry side with too many bones but the gulab jamun and chi.koliwada started was a banger) and breakfast (Burji was tasty with good quantity but aloo paratha were hard & dry). Overall Highly recommended. Rating:4.5/5
