Mr. Onir is a super business owner, as someone who stays in regular apart hotels, we were very satisfied with both cleaning, service and staff behavior. Mr. Onir and the staff are very quick to help. Everything you are looking for as a location is at your fingertips. Thank you very much to everyone.

The location was very well described. We found it comfortably. We really enjoyed the treats left in the house for us. It was good that there were no bugs in the garden and in the house, etc.; the furniture was clean. It can be uneasy at night when it's quiet around. Close to the sideyard and Manavgat waterfall.

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

I would like to say that I was really satisfied, they took care of our questions sincerely, and I would love to come back if we have the opportunity.

The location of the apartment was simply outstanding – central yet quiet, perfect for exploring. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well maintained, which made my stay very pleasant. I want to highlight the family atmosphere that conveyed the feeling of home. Onur, the host was incredibly helpful and took care of our concerns at all times. I highly recommend this apartment!

Mr. Sadik was incredibly welcoming and always responded if you had any questions. He also helped me get to the airport. Lovely apartment. It was clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

Very good accommodation, looks exactly as pictured. The host is incredibly friendly, needed something and it was a host who was helpful. Guests are just as nice and friendly, you really feel at home. A good Apartment - Just perfect for my stay! I recently stayed in one of Sadik’s apartment and was absolutely delighted! The location is ideal quiet yet central, making it easy to reach all the attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and new. The cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. I especially want to highlight the host, who was always available. His friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend this apartment and look forward to my next visit! Next time I want to try the pool when it’s warmer than in March.

Good afternoon! We stayed at Ms. Melek's place for a couple of days, but extended several more times for a couple of days. We were very satisfied with both the apartment and the area, and most importantly, the responsiveness of the hostess. She helped us with early check-in, stayed in touch throughout our stay. Took care of us at its best. The apartment is clean, cozy, there is more than you need. And dishes and linens and all accessories for a comfortable life are available in the house. We will definitely come again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice place, all brand new. Everything was there, kitchen with more than enough glasses, knives etc. Toys for childeren, also for in the pool. We got the fresh eggs she wrote. And even some bread and to drink. Even things like salt etc was there. Very nice pool. In every room an air conditioner. For us it was a TOP place and can recommend it.

Cozy, comfortable and well furnished appartment in a peaceful area. Walkable distance to the old part of Side with all the tourist attractions. The check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful with recommendations. We were very happy with our choice for a long-weekend family getaway.

Beautiful house with a nice swimming pool which was almost like a private pool as we were the only ones who seemed to use it. The host was responsive, prompt and communicated clearly. Town centre and the beach within 10 to 15 minute walking distance. We had a great holiday, thank you !

We were completely satisfied. Great furnishings, very clean, great outdoor facilities, (garden, pool, barbecue area,...) room large and beautifully decorated. Big thank you to Şevkı, who is always there when you need him for any occasion. Super service. Overall a wonderful place to stay, not overcrowded, less of a hotel atmosphere, you feel more comfortable here than in a hotel. All around many opportunities for shopping, restaurants, breakfast. There is a service that takes you to the beach and picks you up again.
