Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

As can be seen on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and attractions in the immediate vicinity. The house is freestanding with a large plot of land, which means there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is top out with lounge-chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also parking is available right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hairdryer available against the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, everything you need is also available at the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips on the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available to answer any questions. All in all, a top stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this place. Clear recommendation.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

The villa is perfect - super clean, best amenities. Great pool, sauna and hot tub. Also the location in nature is very nice and quiet and great places in the area are easily accessible by car. There was nothing missing and we'd love to come back!!

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

Necj's farmhouse was a wonderful base for our holiday in this corner of Slovenia. It offers beautiful views and is incredibly quiet, but only a short drive away from Koper, with all its amenities, as well as the highway towards Ljubljana, which can be reached in just over an hour. Necj's recommendations for places to eat and visit were great, and in general the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. The farmhouse has been restored with a lot of love. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a delight to spend time in. We would definitely come here again on a future visit.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The common area and the bedrooms are separated, so part of the group can chat without disturbing others. The kitchen is well equipped. Petra provided every necessary information, she was very flexible and responsive.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Really wonderful. You had everything you needed, it was super clean and someone was available for questions or any other time.

We found the stay really great. Nice room with large balcony and also a very nice large pool. On foot it takes about 15 minutes to get to the sea. In addition, Klaudia and her mom were super friendly, we were directly told about attractions nearby on a map and she was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back!!

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

We felt very comfortable in the house and were completely satisfied! It's all super clean, the garden and pool area is almost even more beautiful than on the pictures. A highlight is the open fireplace fireplace in the living room. The equipment in the kitchen and in general in the house is very high quality and really everything you need is available. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

The house was in a great location. It was very quiet and incredibly beautiful in terms of surroundings. We felt right at home and the house was provided with everything. We have never seen a house that was so complete. The garden was very well maintained and very child-friendly. It was immediately noticeable that the house was very clean. We arrived on the second Easter day and there were treats ready for us. We were warmly welcomed. We hope to be back here again. We would recommend this house to anyone. Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

That is a perfect place for us with the dog. Plenty of walking options in nearby area. Lovely mini-house, just great for a week. Love it. Liz and Family are amazing.

We stayed at Iva's apartment for a week. The apartment is super clean, furnished and there is everything you need. The hostess was very nice and always had an open ear for questions and gave us tips. She stopped by every day and asked if everything was okay. The apartment is super quiet in a dead end street. To the beach it is 5 minutes by car. We will gladly come back.

It was great and short stay near climbing sectors we wanted to climb (Misja Pec). The small apartment was cozy and very clean, the balcony offers nice view. Vladimir was helpful and very flexible with our time of arrival. Can recommend!

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

What do you want to go to a city? A good location (close to the railway station), quiet, close to attractions, a spacious and modern and clean apartment? And a kind host? If you want all these things and are going to Trieste then look no further. Book Simone’s and Katerina’s place!

Klaus' villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as pictured, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive information folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely fenced, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus' tip was spot on! Dear Klaus, thank you for this wonderful time! We sincerely hope to return soon! 😊

Ivan was the perfect host and the house was fully equiped, clean, warm and cozy. We have spent a week with our three small children in April there and enjoyed the beautiful nature of Istria. Really a place to recommend!
