Hollywood, Koreatown, and Silverlake are minutes away by car. Our yard is an oasis where you can lounge, unwind, and take a dip in the hot tub just outside your door. We swim in the pool in summer and share the yard, but we’ll give you as much privacy as you desire. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, & complimentary coffee. New mini split!

Modern and pristine, lots of natural light, with original mid-century furnishings. We live in Larchmont Village just blocks from Larchmont Blvd & described as "quaint and small-town adorable" by LA Curbed - the perfect central location to explore LA. South of Hollywood, close to Koreatown, about 30 minutes from the beach. My wife, our 12 year old son, 4 year old puppy(Tuesday), 6 month old kitty and I would be happy to host you!

The apartment is on a quiet residential street just a block south of Paramount Studios -- where Forrest Gump, Glee and Breakfast at Tiffany's were all shot -- and directly across from Raleigh Studios. There's a wonderful view of the Hollywood sign from just across the street, and plenty of parking.
