Great location, and good beds

Extremely beautiful apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool ! Everything sparkling clean! I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to come to Zadar. Ivan is super friendly, always ready for you and has given us very nice tips for restaurants etc.

Tidy and super clean apartment, nicer than the pictures. It has all the amenities that are written. Lara is a great host, responsive and the instructions she gave us were easy to follow. If I come to Zadar again, I will definitely choose this space again. I'm very satisfied, the value for money is 10/10! I recommend this space to anyone.😁

Very good accommodation, ideally located. The sea is a 3 min walk, you just have to go down the steps to get to a cove. A beach is a 5-minute walk away. Quiet, clean accommodation,..large terrace sea view Boris is friendly.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Thank you Josip to you and your wonderful family, can't wait to come back. X

Franciska and Toni's place was located in an older building, but the suite looked to be newly renovated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also a gorgeous view from all the windows. Would definitely come back.

Two of us spent almost two weeks in the apartment in September 2024. The place is highly recommended! 👍 Regarding accommodation: The room is clean and equipped with a detailed house manual with information. Fresh towels were provided several times a week (2-3 times). The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, electric kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom with shower is clean. The highlight is the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay of Okrug Gornji and the sunset. About the location: Two supermarkets are within walking distance, and the beach is halfway steep downhill but also not far (about 10 minutes). There are some restaurants and bars along the harbor promenade. In September, the pebble beach was not overcrowded. A rental car is highly recommended, there are many beautiful beaches and nature to discover.

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

The villa and the host are just a dream! Absolutely recommended!

We were received very kindly by the hosts. We were shown the beautiful villa that exactly matched the pictures. You had a beautiful view of the sea. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the day and in the jacuzzi you could end the day relaxed. These have also been checked regularly. We actually have nothing negative to say about the property or the hosts. You could always ask or let us know about any concerns and got a friendly response quickly. We will be happy to come back.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Great place to rest, everything is on hand. Very good location, clean apartment, newly furnished. Magda has always answered any questions.

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

This home was even more amazing than the photos showed. It was beautiful, calm, with spectacular views of the ocean and sunset. The home is located within walking distance of several beaches that were not very crowded. Alenka and Danko were so kind to receive us and show us around the apartment, they even provided a starter supply of food, with fruit and drinks, which were much appreciated! I would 100% stay at this home again!!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.
