Liebe Gäste, wir vermieten unsere ca. 70 qm große Messe-/Projekt-/Ferienwohnung (OG&DG, freistehendes Zweifamilienhaus). Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. Im DG befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf die Felder (Sonnenuntergang). Die Loggia (Südlage) mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. Welcome to our “Broicher-Nest”! We rent a trade fair or vacation apartment in Kaarst near Düsseldorf. It is located in the west of Kaarst on a quiet street. The apartment has a size of about 45 square meters and is fully furnished. It consists of a large living area, a kitchen with dining table, a shower toilet and a separate sleeping area. The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.

The property is located only 1.6 km from the heart of Kaarst and is easily accessible 600 meters from Kaarst station, which leads towards Düsseldorf. It is also well connected to the highway, so you can quickly get to Düsseldorf or the Netherlands.

Aparment "Lyon"

Our property has been completely rebuilt in autumn 2020. The bathroom, kitchen, floor, walls - it's all new. In the village, a REWE and a Netto are within walking distance. There are pizzerias and other gastronomy. You can be on the A 46 and A 57 motorway in a few minutes in the direction of Cologne, Düsseldorf, Neuss and Mönchengladbach.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Es ist ein 1,40 x 2 Meter Bett vorhanden, sofern zwei Gäste buchen möchten, wichtig als Hinweis. Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Damit kann man Mönchengladbach, Neuss oder Düsseldorf erreichen. Auch Köln ist mit einem Umstieg leicht zu erreichen.
