Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! Everything as described, Fotis and his wife proved to be super helpful and welcoming. They gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit, beaches, restaurants and activities. Everything was perfect!!

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Lovely location very close to the sea and a 20 minute walk into Zante town. Great to have items like shower gel, soap, washing powder, water and juice provided.

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

We had a good time. The house and pool wear great. The town is in walking distance of the house. I’d definitely recommend booking a accommodation from Spyros

A well designed and situated house for a few families to relax. A few local Tavernas and beach 20 mins walk, apart from that it’s in the middle of the forest with views of the sea. A stunning retreat house. The house was like a five star hotel, natural, stylish and modern interior. I would not change a thing. You need a car to explore the wider area and for days out to areas with more life. We visited banana bay, zakynthos town, Laganas (for a boat hire trip). Locally Nikos taverna was great, we ate there twice. Thanks for a great holiday!

My family stayed at Athanasios’ villa in July 2024 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The views and setting were outstanding, and my young son loved exploring the grounds and searching for turtles. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals in, and the living space was very accommodating for a family. Location was in the hills above Kyparissia, but a close enough drive to still spend the evenings in the town square. We would absolutely stay here again!
