An atmospheric yard with river views

The yard building with its own yard and deck is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy home is only a 5-minute drive to the services. Massive kelo stairs and wooden surfaces add a vibe to the upstairs sleeping and living area. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

Rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä tilassa meren rannalla Kotkansaaren läheisyydessä. Rakennuksessa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, jossa voi tehdä niin aamupalat kuin isommatkin ateriat. Tilava wc, kylpyhuone ja puusauna löytyvät samasta tilasta. Majoittujien käytössä on myös terassilla sijaitseva poreallas, josta voi katsella aurinkolaskua. A cozy and beautifully designed studio with everything you need for your stay. It's literally a great location between the marina and the market, both walking distance a few minutes. The view from the apartment's windows looks out into an adjacent park. Located in an old stone house, the apartment is quiet thanks to the sturdy walls and is located to the west of the house. Free parking on either the street or in a dock parking lot where the EV charger is located.

Small and compact city home

Please read the full description before booking, please! This special property is located in the heart of downtown. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay. The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. It's a little hard to find information about its history, but at some point the house has been inhabited by the crowds who have worked in the nearby port, and it's called the “crowded house.”
