However, the building is located on the same plot as a detached house and at its own entrance. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
