Pietetically renovated one-bedroom apartment (45m2) with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto. The apartment is a terrace house in Päölä, which was completed in 1939. It's about 13km to the center of Kotka and about 3km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated into as original as possible and is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with Fittings designed by Waves. We wash the textiles with odorless detergents.

Modern and unique riverside villa in Kotka on the bank of the river Kymijoki. You will enjoy the amazing scenery by the river Kymijoki, only a 1.5-hour drive from Helsinki! The main house has sleeping capacity for four people. In addition, a separate heated garage with a granary for 2 people. Great outdoor activities, kayaking and fishing! The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.

A cozy and beautifully designed studio with everything you need for your stay. It's literally a great location between the marina and the market, both walking distance a few minutes. The view from the apartment's windows looks out into an adjacent park. Located in an old stone house, the apartment is quiet thanks to the sturdy walls and is located to the west of the house. Free parking on either the street or in a dock parking lot where the EV charger is located.
