Brand new apartment,1.3km from the airport, well equipped with all the furniture that you will need. It is on the 4th floor, the last one, so it is pretty peaceful. Great view from the terrace over the sea. It also has a bedroom and a comfortable folding bed in the living room. Has its own parking space in the garage. The beach is just below the apartment, around 500m, and you can go on foot. Quiet area great for sightseeing for all the tourists who want to explore Kotor,Perast,Budva,Lustica,etc

The house is in a very quiet area, yet closed to bars, restaurants. You can easily organise day trips to Herceg Novi, World Heritage cities of Kotor and Perast, go enjoy nightlife in Tivat or go hiking. You can also enjoy nice local food (bread and cheese, prosciutto). Everything for a perfect holiday!

Lovely two-bedroom apartment on the seafront

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartmant has two bedrooms and the surface of nearly 100sqm. In our apartmants you get sunbeds free of charge and you have direct Sea acces. Every apartmant has magnifcient Sea views and big terraces with dining table. Apartmant has bbq facility and well equiped kitchen. The apartment also has garage that is Free of charge . The house has three identical apartments and the beach is private for our guests.

On 24 January we received 5-star rating from the Municipality ie Tourist agency in Montenegro. This beautiful three-story house is located just meters from the sea in Perast. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, that can host up to 10 people comfortably. The house has access to a boating pont with steps leading to the water. The property is air-conditioned, and every room has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. We can arrange for a car to pick you up at Tivat airport.

A private outdoor terrace features a swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck, equipped with lounge chairs and a shaded table. Views of the nearby landscape and mountains are visible in the background, complemented by clear blue skies.
