Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

To sweeten your stay, Wi-Fi, Eifel crime novels, tea and coffee as well as excursion tips are provided. You are welcome to use the cozy sitting area in the outdoor area, for example, to have breakfast.

The house is called a dwarf school and is the annex of the "Alte Schule Kirmutscheid", which is listed on the inside and outside, is almost 200 years old. It is located away in the forest and is interesting for nature lovers, walkers, visitors to the nearby Nürbrugring and for lovers of historic buildings. Just to switch off in the Eifel. Here, hikers, families, car lovers and dog people get their money's worth. It offers space and peace, with private terrace, barbecue and 3 parking spaces in front of the door. Hiking trails are right outside the door and it is also not far to the Nürburgring. Shops and restaurants are available directly in Adenau, only about a 7-minute drive away. The view of the countryside invites you to linger, especially in the summer months.

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our 3 bedrooms. One person could sleep on the cozy couch in the living room. The apartment has a kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking is sufficiently available. It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.

Originally, this apartment was a barn, which was probably built in 1903 and over the years fulfilled many purposes, until we bought the ruin in 2010 and from 2016 to this beautiful, almost 75sqm apartment rebuilt.
