The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The modern holiday apartment 'Josef' is located in Gilching and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

Our accommodation is located not far from Ammersee in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in Ampermoos. Public transport will take you to Munich in half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with a large garden. Our place is good for singles, couples, and families with children.
