Vacation rentals in Koutsoupia

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely stay for one more time. This place makes me feel like home and this is the reason why I choose the same location every time I travel to Chalkidiki for work. This place offers all kind of necessary equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you once again Maria for everything!

The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. Unforgettable place with a breathtaking view. Definitely recommended! Thank you Paschalis and a big thanx to your Vacaspotting crew! See you again!

πολύ όμορφο σπίτι και προσεγμένο.κατα την άφιξη μας ήταν πεντακάθαρο και δροσερό αφού είχαν προνοήσει να ρυθμίσουν την θερμοκρασία.μας άρεσε πολύ ο τεραστιος κηπος όπου υπήρχαν παιχνίδια και δραστηριότητες..το ευχαριστηθηκαμε κι εμείς αλλά και τα σκυλάκια μας!!η επικοινωνία με τον Ron ήταν εύκολη και άμεση σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.ευχαριστουμε!

Appartement avec un grand espace de vie et la mezzanine avec les lits. Une immeuble tranquille en cette fin de saison. Très belle vue, terrasse au soleil le matin et à l'ombre le soir. Pleins de restaurants dans cette petite ville sympathique (Afytos) et tout accessible à pied. Jolie plage plus bas aux eaux transparente. Bref super séjour ou rien ne nous a manqué. Merci

Great place to stay! The beach is one 1 minute walking. The house is lovely, it has everything that you need. There are a lot of restaurants and coffees near by. Alexandros and his mother are lovely people! Thank you a lot! :)
