Du suchst ein Low-Budget-Quartier, aber brauchst im Urlaub deine Privatsphäre, genug Freiraum und Wohlfühlatmosphäre? Hier gibt es viel Platz für einen guten Preis. „Stralsund“ hat einen separaten Eingang und eine Größe von 65 m². Ein kostenfreier Privatparkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur Anliegerverkehr (Stichstraße). Sie befindet sich 5 km nördlich der Hansestadt Stralsund. Bis zur nächsten bewachten Badestelle (Stadtbad Stralsund) sind es nur 6 km.

Our extraordinary and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated store in the heart of the old town. It can accommodate 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The first floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby bed or a folding bed for larger children can be set up (€10/ extra bed/ night).

Cozy 2-room self-contained apartment (40 sqm), first floor, in a quiet residential area. Downtown Stralsund is only 8 km away. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
