Schön ruhig am Stadtteilrand in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Natur gelegen und trotzdem zentral: fußläufig sind in wenigen Minuten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Die Stadt Siegen mit ihrer historischen Altstadt und Olpe am Biggesee sind jeweils nur knapp 20 km entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
