The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Apfelhof Neu Tellin

Our farm is located between the cities of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollense Valley. We are in the process of renovating the house. The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike rides (including the Ice Age Route) and paddle tours (Tollense). There is a swimming facility for swimmers on the Tollense about 500 meters away.

No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Our cottage is within sight of Lake Kummerow in the middle of the picturesque landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Hiking, cycling, swimming or canoeing on the Peene are just a few recreational opportunities. We have plenty of tips for you. There is a small kiosk at the campsite in the village, where there are also barbecue and dance evenings. There are various farm shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
