Relax in our new "luxury tiny house"! In lovely Eexterveen on the edge of the Hondsrug, you are really away from it all and everything to go out is close by! In the area, you will find the possibility for many activities such as nature, hiking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, horseback riding, museum visits, shopping and hospitality visits, cities, cycling and mini golf. De Roode Stee Grolloo (private entrance)

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in this comfortable home for up to 6 guests. The house features underfloor heating, a modern open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra toilet. Baby cots are also available. Relax in the spacious garden with lounge area and dining table, or walk straight to the jetty with boat access (depending on the season). Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends at the beautiful Lake Zuidlaardermeer!

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. In addition, you have a beautiful view of Groningen from the cottage, and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away in peace.
