Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Weingüter und Wanderwege, darunter die Ruine Grevenburg mit atemberaubendem Moselblick. The old winery offers you the perfect place to relax on about 100 square meters and the perfect location as a springboard into nature and many sights. Haus Weingarten "Maje"

Kövenig is located on the scenic Middle Moselle, which is characterized by viticulture and tourism. With about 150 inhabitants, Kövenig is a tranquil Moselle village in the associated municipality of Traben-Trarbach. Our apartment "Maje," completely modernized in 2021, is located on the 3rd floor of our vacation home overlooking the Moselle and Enkirch opposite.
