Vacation rentals with beach access in Kufstein District

Very nice house with 4 bedrooms (1 with single beds). Everything is new and sparkling clean. Friendly host! Downtown Kirchberg yet quiet and close to the slopes.

Amazing place, we are coming back here for the second time already. Lovely devices in a fabulous location. There is everything you need for a good rest and life. Very convenient location, has all the amenities nearby. We were met by an extraordinary woman Marika, she is very nice, sweet and like a real hostess keeps the whole house clean and tidy and takes care of every guest. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again :)

Nice place and very good communication with the host

We felt completely comfortable. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and there remained nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back again.

As we travel with a big family, for us accomodation it's important. The best view so far from our apartment. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to check in, pristine cleanliness and the most important- the apartment had all we needed. With 3 kids, we have to cook for ourselves mostly as they are very picky- on this note the place was great. Kitchen with all necessary to make our stay confortable. A lot of space for kids to walk in between the rooms, spacious, light, comfy, quiet. Just what we needed. The host was very easy to approach, we even got a breakfast after the cutoff, as in the first day we had no groceries prepared. We will definitely retun, same place to stay. 30 minutes from best tobogganing place ever- Soll and Going. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much for the nice days and great tips. The conservatory is so beautiful and really cozy even in bad weather. You can tell that Geri and Elisabeth lived in the apartment themselves for a long time. Everything is very well thought out and the furnishings are of very high quality. For example, underfloor heating in the conservatory and bathroom, superbly equipped kitchen, cozy beds. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Everything was great – the place was clean, well equipped(except possibly a cutting board, which could be added) and exactly as described. Communication with the host was straightforward. Clear recommendation! You can hike right outside the front door without problems and I can also recommend a lift to Kufstein and Thiersee.

Host was super helpful to aid check in process, would definitely stay again
