The sauna, canoe, rowboat, stand-up paddleboard, table tennis table and badminton equipment can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. You can fish or swim from the dock or from a boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

Quiet city apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 300 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus. Sie ist sehr geräumig und trotz Zentrumsnähe absolut ruhig. Die Sanierung erfolgte unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten. Durch die alten Lehmwände herrscht ein natürliches Raumklima, sie bedürfen allerdings besonderer Lüftungsregeln, an die sich der Mieter halten muss. Es darf von Oktober bis April nur nach dem Stosslüftungsprinzip gelüftete werden (ca. 10 min Querlüften morgens und abends). Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht.
