Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The holiday apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. Rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bathtub and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Die schöne Wohnung ist gerade komplett renoviert worden und hat 2 neue, gut ausgestattete Badezimmer und eine neue Einbauküche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Direkt von der Küche aus kommt man auf die schöne Terasse. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich noch ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad en suite. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer sowie das zweite Badezimmer. Aufgrund der Treppe nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder.
