“Quiet, cozy, comfortable. All that was needed was available to me. Well, of course, the hospitable dog was very polite and kind to me :) Nearby is the beautiful town of Iizaku, the museum has a very good etno- collection, and in front of the museum there are interesting exhibitions in the library. If you want to walk, you can go to the hill of Tarivere, through a beautiful forest. There is a tower with a wonderful view of the surroundings. I was happy these days!”
Apartment is situated in a small village 5 km from town Jõhvi (the centre of the county). There is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Apartment is on the second floor, host lives in the next house. Big garden, flowers in summer time.
“Aare, his wife Kadi, his sons and parents live on the compound and are all loveable and hospitable persons. Whenever you would express a need or wish they would hurry in order to help their guests. WLAN didn't reach the appartment but we were invited to use it in or around Aare's house which is only a few metres away. We loved the wonderful garden Aare's mum is looking after, she kindly offered us delicious plums, red currants, apples and other fruits. Aare and Kadi also invited us to share two evenings with them on their terrace and to their sauna. The insights to an Estonian family's life enriched our stay and we will keep only good memories.”
The apartments would be good for a family or good friends, so you will have up to 3 places for sleeping. You will also have comfortable kitchen, bathroom with very good sauna and washing machine.
