My home is hand-sculpted and located in Lahemaa National Park -a honest example of low impact living. Friends called it affectionately a witches house! This is an unique experience to really feel and experience living in a smallholding. Its nurturing in a cozy and warm way. Its a place in a forest, with silence and wild animals to spot..a perfect retreat!
Spartan wooden hut only couple of km from Estonian biggest and oldest National Park Lahemaa and Kõrvemaa Nature Reserve. Perfect for people who value peace and quiet time in wild nature.
“We had a wonderful stay at Anus place.. She is a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful but also gives you your privacy and space. The cabin is so so cute and VERY romantic ( with some sweet surprises waiting for us) :) They have bikes at the property which you can use for free, huge garden to relax in and many many nearby sightseeing places which you need to drive to or if you want to cycle- cycle :) ) In the morning you have the sunshine at the bbq area, where you can relax and enjoy breakfast and a nice book.. in the afternoon the sun is shining on the other side and you can relax there.. bring mosquito spray as the cabin is in the woods and there are mozzies, also bring sun lotion if you like to sunbathe. We had a very good nights sleep with birds singing in the morning and welcoming us :) we will definitely go back, we loved our stay!”
My place is close to great views, parks, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because its cosy, beautiful old house, sunny terrace is best place to sit, there is a beautiful river, wonderful sauna, forest & sea nearby. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). I am living in a part of the house downstairs and the guest rooms are upstairs. Quests have a shared living room upstairs and in summer time outdoor kitchen.
“Whenever I'll think of idyllic from now on I'll picture Anne's house and garden. Her home is wonderful, a nice countryside cottage and the garden is just perfect (She even has a little river in the back!) and very friendly animals. Both her and her relative, Ly-Anne were the best hosts I can think of- they really made me feel like a part of their family. Anne even took me by car to my next destination and served her homegrown vegetables for breakfast, that were super delicious. For this whole experience I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could, I really really REALLY recommend you stay at her house!”
