We invite you to one of our 6 houses - the LAS house. It is part of a complex we have created with 2 swimming pools, a large common area, and a playground. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

House with private access to the lake and a fenced large green area, for 6 people. Downstairs there is a living room with a kitchen, a large terrace, a bathroom and a bedroom, upstairs there is 1 large bedroom with a beautiful view, two smaller ones and a bathroom. Terrace with atmospheric lighting, comfortable sofas and armchair, table and bench overlooking the lake. Hammocks, sun loungers, and a fireplace are also available. A perfect place for fishing and water sports - you can rent equipment in Ślesin (5 minutes by car) - a wake park, rope park and more

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are continental All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned

A year-round cottage in the buffer zone of a landscape park, in close proximity to lakes and forests. The cottage is modern, designed for 2-4 people, surrounded by natural greenery. There is a place for a bonfire with a supply of wood and a small beach by the flowing river, where you can swim in the summer and swim in the winter. The plot is large (6000 m2), there is a lot of privacy. In the spring and summer season, a hammock among the trees and sun loungers are available in the cottage and on the beach.

We invite you to a charming house in the heart of the virgin forest with direct access to the beach, pier, and lake. On winter days, your stay will be made more pleasant by the carefree sounds of fire shooting in the fireplace. In summer, we provide a kayak and rowing boats, and we encourage you to go hiking and cycling in the surrounding areas, which you will want to return to, just like all our guests. The cottage consists of two rooms with bathrooms and their own covered terraces, a living room with a kitchenette. Around the marked bike paths, a great base for bicycles. Close to the lakes, 300 meters to Powidzki and 300 meters to Kosewski. We love animals, but for many reasons we cannot accept animals in the cottages.
