In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is rich and charming. There is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

Small single-family home with cozy garden and good sun conditions. Access to BBQ and lounge area. Free parking in the garden with room for 2 cars. No electric car charger. Old house from 1850 recently renovated inside. Renovated bathroom and kitchen, all amenities available. Great for families with children going to the zoo or couples who are going to have a small southern holiday. Comfortable space for 4, but possible to add mattresses for more. 15 min walk to "Markens". 3 min walk to bus stop and grocery store

Cozy older southland house by the sea.

Cozy older detached house for rent with 3 (4) bedrooms (8 beds), living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The home is beautifully located by the sea at the end of Kuholmen. Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The place is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and rocks. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Dyrepark. There is no TV or internet in the house.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Eneboligen is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views you can enjoy beautiful sunrises summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer the house has a big terrace, as well as garden. The area is very children friendly with playground just below the house Hiking area just outside the door. Parkeing on farm.

Charming and cozy southern house with its own unashamed backyard in the middle of Kvadraturen. Short distance to all city attractions such as Baneheia, Odderøya, Bystranda, Aquarama, etc. and within 2 min. you are located in shopping street Markensgate. Modern furnished with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. In the house there is a large bedroom (mattress 160x200) and 2 children's rooms (90x200 and 80x200) while in the annex there are three beds (140x200 and 120x200).

Relax with your whole family and kidza. Large Gym in garage, jacuzzi, 2 roof terraces, fireplace outside, 5 TVs. Outdoor living room between roofs with sink/fridge. Toilet and bathroom on the 3rd floor, which also includes a sofa and TV. Nice if kidza is getting tired after bathing in the jacuzzi or supper if the adults want a glass 😇 Playgrounds right behind the house in the context of the outdoor terrace. Easy parking and 2 Tesla chargers available.
