Screened and quiet outdoor area with lots of possibilities. Barbecue area in the garden. Playground just outside the door. Jegersberg free area can be found with a hiking trail straight from the garden. Access to electric car charger. 10-15 min to the zoo and Sørlandsparken. Kristiansand city center with fishing pier and Markensgate approx. 10 min. 5 min to the nearest bus stop.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is rich and charming. There is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Eneboligen is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views you can enjoy beautiful sunrises summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer the house has a big terrace, as well as garden. Short distance to all city attractions such as Baneheia, Odderøya, Bystranda, Aquarama, etc. and within 2 min. you are located in shopping street Markensgate. Modern furnished with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. In the house there is a large bedroom (mattress 160x200) and 2 children's rooms (90x200 and 80x200) while in the annex there are three beds (140x200 and 120x200).

Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.
