The lake house - beach, jetty, boat

Sjöstugan is a cozy family-friendly 19th-century house. In the glass veranda with dining table, you have panoramic views of Lake Mälaren. The charming kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, etc. Here, the children can play in the water at the private sandy beach, in the large trampoline or in the tree house. At the private jetty, there is a rowing boat for fishing trips. In Kvicksund, there are shops, restaurants, golf course, paddle tennis. You can also travel here by train. (Train rails nearby may cause some noise) A unique gem with amazing views!

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.
