Cozy, small, beautiful two-level loft studio on the 4th floor of a historic building from 1917. The building with an elevator is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House. A 5-minute walk from the metro station "Universitet". The apartments are part of a small apart-hotel of 3 rooms. Inside is a king size bed, and on the mezzanine there are quality mattresses for 3 beds. The studio has its own small kitchen, its own bathroom with everything you need, TV, internet, etc. Welcome!

Very warm apartment, center, Lybidska metro station, 132 Velyka Vasylkivska Street Attic. One-room studio apartment. Very warm. Double bed. Located near Lybidska metro station, near Ocean Plaza shopping center. Furshet supermarket is 50 meters from the house. There are parking spaces for the car in the yard. Dishes, necessary furniture, bedding, towels are all available. You can't smoke in the apartment, it's an attic and there are no usual windows.

This industrial loft is located in the heart of the historical center of Kiev, 3 minutes walking distance from metro station Olimpiyskiy stadium, on the 4th floor of a tsarist building. It was renovated in 2021 and it is spasious and comfortable. It is suitable for 2 people but up to 4 can sleep in it. It is ideal for young adventurers and couples. The view of Kiev from the balcony is amazing!
