the apartment was very nice. Just to spend and visit relatives for a few days, it had all the necessary amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a large room and the room had a comfortable sofacam to sleep. In addition it had a washing machine, even we did not have the need to use it. the cuneta sector with quite a few shops, and squares outside the whole, something far from the city, but that is a separate issue, which does not influence the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended, if there is a new opportunity to travel we will book again

This was a beautiful house to stay in for my time in Guayaquil. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal as well if you're wanting to explore the city. And it's very safe as there's always a security guard nearby. Communication with Mariuxi was easy and clear. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Guayaquil.

This is a really great place to stay with all the things you need to feel as convenient and comfortable as home!The beddings were of good quality and we had a good rest.Parking is easy to get around, there is a separate parking space and a safe place to stay!It is very close to the Seaside Park and the Metropolitan Church, making it easy to get around!Going to Guayaquil later will only stay here!
