A fantastic stay for a very reasonable price! The listing was very cosy and tastefully furnished - I felt right at home. Loved the fact that the bedroom was separate space. Internet connection was strong and was able to work remotely connecting to video calls via Teams and Zoom without any problem at all. Building security was very attentive and kind. There was a decent gym five-minute walk away, and lots of options for great food all within waking distance! Would definitely repeat once back!

The acceptance of the reservation was very quick considering it was last minute, the check-in instructions were quick and very helpful. The location and property are very good, very satisfied with everything. I'll definitely be back

Very calm area but walking distance to the Main Street. There is also supermarket in front of the building, coffee shops around. The security is very kind and trying to help as much as possible.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, where you can take Uber quickly and comfortably, as well as walk in the nearby areas to do a variety of activities. I really liked the apartment and the area, and would definitely come back, highly recommended. In addition, Juan's attention was first, that deserves recognition. Maybe the only thing not 100% positive is that being a city there may be car noises or nearby repairs that maybe might bother you at certain times, but that's not anyone's fault and it's understandable to be in the middle of the city, I mention it to take into account who maybe wants a quieter stay site, in my case I valued more to be in the middle of the city so no problem.

I liked the location. You have no need to use Uber for getting something to it or get groceries. Also the place was clean, and the shower has hot/cold water so that is a plus. And the guest answer fast

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was cozy, clean, and felt like home. The workspace and fast internet were perfect for remote work. The bathroom was spotless, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully equipped and ready to go. The bed was very comfortable, and the small patio was a great spot to relax—ideal for enjoying Bogotá’s weather with a partner or friends. The apartment is on Avenida Caracas, currently under metro construction. While the area is fine during the day, it felt a bit dark and uneasy at night. Ubers can’t drop you directly at the door, so I had to walk about half a block. That said, nothing happened during my stay, even though I frequently went out late at night. The location is also very convenient. There’s a D1 grocery store next door and a 24-hour OXXO nearby, which is perfect for quick errands without relying on delivery. Great value for the price. I’ll definitely stay here again. Alejandro and Santiago are excellent hosts!!!

THE HOUSE IS LARGE, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED AND VERY NICE, LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE VERY LIKED AND FELT VERY GOOD AT THE HOUSE. ALFONSO AND DIEGO ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WERE ALWAYS VERY AWARE OF US ... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great stay. staff was helpful and friendly. hotel is on a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk. always felt safe. i will be back. they also have 4 or 6 other more traditional hotel rooms. Claudia was always very responsive.

Casa Ivy was lovely. Hosts are always responsive and very helpful and kind. We were able to have an early check in and check out arranged and it was all a very smooth process. Great space. Little touches like the welcome pack are lovely. Ample kitchen supplies.

Marcella runs a warm and inviting home. It is clean and cosy with a plesant visual esthetic. She is an excellent host. When the power and wifi were temporarily off for service during check out, and we were unable to go online to book an Uber, and needing to use the app to pay, Marcella made sure that we had a paid ride to the airport, that she covered the cost of in advance. Respectful. Responsible, Relaxed. Would return.

Manuel's apartment is very comfortable and well located. Manuel was very kind and attentive to communication.

I was a week with my family, there were 9 people, the house was very comfortable, clean with all the necessary utensils. The neighborhood is very quiet, there is a bakery and an OXXO nearby, and at the front a restaurant called La Tiendecita that was good food. The host helped us with transportation from the airport to the house and 2 tours, one to the Catedral de la Sal and another to Jaime Duque. Important to be informed of how to use the water heater in case it was turned off. Of course I would stay here again

Great place, a lot of space and comfortable

A very peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle in a safe walking neighborhood. Quite restaurants, parks and amenities nearby. Doña María at the reception is very friendly and always willing to give recommendations :) Juan is always attentive. I would come back without hesitation at some point to return to Bogotá.

A small place with an amazing view! Perfect for those who want to walk and get to know Bogotá, less than 5 minutes from the historic center, museums, delicious cafes and places to go to know. It had everything needed, including ease of cooking but we didn't use it. Highly recommended for tourists

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating during check-in, I arrived later than expected due to some transportation issues and she made the process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was spotless, which I really appreciated, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient to stay in Bogotá—it was close to everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend!

The place has very good security and privacy, plus there are places nearby for shopping if needed.
