Old painting studio of my mother converted into a nice and cozy apartment. Located in the university area, it is very well connected to the city center by metro and bus and the beach by tram. Ideal for couples who want to do sightseeing and get to know the city as for business people. I will be available throughout the stay for any questions or problems, I will welcome you on the floor and I will give you advice and recommendations to make those days more pleasant.

A bright room with a desk and WiFi to work. It's not a tourist apartment, it's my home and I'll be happy to share it with you. A 4-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the Polytechnic University and language schools. The apartment is located in Valencia's traditional fishing district, El Cabañal. Close to the local produce market and charming taverns. Just 15 minutes by bus from the city's historic center and CAC. Bus, tram/metro stops, Renfe Cabanyal.

Enjoy your vacation in this room in an apartment with great transportation to the surroundings, 15 minutes away from the beach or less (by public transportation) about 30 mins walk, easy access to subway, and bus, visit this amazing city that has everything, history in the city center and beaches you won’t regret. We offer private mini fridge and breakfast supplies, ac mini split (cool and heat) Unfortunately we do not have private parking, parking is public!

Disconnect from your routine at this accommodation just 20 minutes from the beach. The room features a 135 bed, closet, and work table. It is located in a tourist area with good gastronomy, supermarkets, pharmacies, and good communication with any part of the city (it is 20 minutes from the center and just 10 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences). The metro is 10 minutes away and connects directly to downtown and the airport.
