“No matter which country you are from, this farm is definitely your first choice, and it may be very different from all the residences you have ever lived in. It is as warm as its own home, and because of its many repeat customers, it must have its truth. I am one of the repeat customers. Quiet and comfortable, clean fresh air, cute little animals, all kinds of fruits, and friendly hosts. Walking to the beach is only ten minutes, sitting on the balcony and reading a book, enjoying every minute of time here, I highly recommend, the best accommodation in Bucklod. “Will definitely be back here sometime in the near future. The place was amazing and the accommodations were tastefully decorated with a rustic feel. Kudos to the management for their plans of adding more sights to see. The whole place is very picturesque and we were really able to appreciate it due to the little to no network coverage in the area. 5 stars for me!”

“This place is awesome. I'm a digital nomad and high tech worker who has lived in airbnbs for most of the past 5 years, mostly in the Philippines. Rex's places are by far the best and always my first option, sadly for me, they are rarely available. Most important to me is wifi speed and the speed in this location is 40+ Mbps download and 25+Mbps second upload- my video calls to my US clients over VPN were great. Why? Unlike most hosts in the Philippines, Rex gets it. He understands the traveler and foreign travelers. Instead of acting like 98% of Filipino hosts who provide the bare minimum and deliver less than you need and less than promised, Rex is generous and delivers more than promised. The kitchen has every single utensil and appliance you need, all clean and in working order. It has all the extras including a lot of fairly priced starter food, drinks, oil, soy sauce, etc, that you can buy or replace. The bath has a nice rain shower and the toilet a bidet. Real nice touched. The doors are mahogany, even on the inside. The furniture is too and very tasteful. Combined with the nice silverware, just bring a bottle of wine and it's an impressive place for a date (though Jolibee is impressive enough for most Filipina). The place is spotless, cleaner than any other Filipino airbnb. The art is superb and are oils from a famous Flipino artist. The staff is so nice and helpful and always there when you need them. They check you in and check you out so nicely. The grounds outside are very lovely. There are strikes going by always and the 7/11 is a 5 minute walk, the Grace Pharmacy and a nice fruit stand are a little further. The downside is the place is a little musty in some rooms, but it is the Philippines. Sometimes it was hard to book a grab, but usually it was successful but I had to wait 10-15 minutes for one.”
