Welcome to this bright 50 m2 studio, ideally located at the foot of the Colmiane ski slopes. Our apartment, on the ground floor, offers a comfortable living area with mountain views, open to an equipped kitchen; a cozy and modular bedroom area; a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, mountain biking, via Ferrata, zip lines, tree climbing, paragliding, swimming pools.

Studio with slope view, fully equipped and located at La Colmiane ski resort. It can accommodate 4 people with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is plenty of storage available at the entrance and in the living area. We have equipped the studio to the maximum so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with a disabled space.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. - Abundant storage The bathroom is completely renovated with a bathtub and towel dryer. Separate toilet. The loggia allows you to enjoy the outdoors with views of the mountains.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
