Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

The balcony, terrace and garden offer panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Newly renovated old barn as a dwelling house. Located in the heart of the Bauges, in the regional natural park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d 'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

This small, well-equipped accommodation is located 15 minutes from the Aillons-Margeriaz resort and 22 minutes from the Saint François de Sales cross-country ski area. Located in the heart of the Bauges, multiple hikes are possible in the massif.
