Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

Angélique and Xavier hosted us very well. We had a wonderful week. The accommodation is very well located 10 minutes from the beach. The place is exactly as described on Airbnb. The decoration is very neat and modern. Our entire stay was very successful. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur. We would definitely go back. Thanks to our host for his kindness and hospitality.

Excellent stay. Quiet, bright and well-equipped accommodation. The host was very helpful. A great view from the balcony, time stops instantly. The environment is beautiful and easily accessible. Fishing, walks, canoeing, paddleboarding, there's no shortage of activities nearby. The restaurants are nice, the neighbors warm and courteous. We will be back!!

Fanny's cottage is very well placed. Everything is within easy walking distance and really close! The environment is peaceful. The house is really convenient with nice amenities. We had a great time. When it comes to the neighborhood, a large and beautiful beach but lacks local shops. It is necessary to take the car. Parking space is a real plus.
