This is a timeless rental! Alice and Lionel recently acquired an old mill, on the edge of the Ru de Bellefontaine, in the pretty little town of La Ferté-Loupière. Nestled in a garden surrounded by lush greenery, the mill is proud of its age, some five centuries! You will spend a quiet and relaxing stay, to the sound of the gentle lapping of the water, in the comfort of an old and rustic house.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the docks, Place de la Mairie and the clock, on a quiet one-way street with little traffic. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).

In the historic center of the village, arranged in an old barn, the 50m2 accommodation has a balneo bath and a private and peaceful backyard with views of the trees. 2 minutes walk from the bakery and grocery store. Next to the accommodation, the church rings every hour, even at night (for people sensitive to noise, plan for earplugs).

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
