Mon logement se situe à 100 mètres de la mythique plage des Estagnots ,spot de surf internationalement connu par tous les amoureux de la glisse et des sensations. Vous apprécierez cet endroit pour l'emplacement ,le calme ,l’accès immédiat aux pistes cyclables ,la proximité des commerces ainsi que des golfs . Place de parking dans la propriété. Accès piscine exclusivement réservé aux propriétaires. Nous avons un chien que nous tenons à l’écart des voyageurs. Nous n’acceptons pas les animaux.

A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.

The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has an equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or jacuzzi rental is possible for an additional fee. Note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.
