I always enjoy staying at Sadir's residence, as Sadir is a wonderful host whose very helpful and responsive. The Airbnb is very clean, the bathroom is spotless and full of amenities, the hot water last for a while in the shower, the building is well kept, and the area is peaceful despite being near the center of Havana.

Julio was the kindest person ever! So communicative, helpful, responsive, and anytime I needed anything he showed up. He made reservations for me every single night. He recommended location after location. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was beautiful and that it was! I recommend him over and over again! His space was so artistic And all the interior designs made me happy. I genuinely feel like words can’t even explain how wonderful of a human he is! Please stay at his location you won’t regret it!

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are spacious enough for 2 people and have good working A/C and mini fridge. Host was always helpful and responsive. Breakfast had a nice selection of items for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place is you are traveling with a group.

The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. During our seventeen days in Cuba we stayed in Casa Nini for two periods. Really enjoyed!! A great Airbnb experience is for us, including getting good and relevant information in advance and during your stay. What we got here: Both from Nini in advance of your stay and by Franci during your stay. Franci conjured out lovely breakfasts and dinners. She assisted us with anything we needed help with, if it was to organize a ride, tip about restaurants and book tables to plan excursions and provide input on activities. In Franci, you get a hostess who expertly balances accessibility and privacy. But the most important thing was probably the good vibe she contributed to. A stay at Casa Nini will enrich your stay in Cuba. The roof terrace was used a lot. Both for meals and relaxation. Here you could retreat while you could sit on the edge and observe life down the street. We also have to mention that we got very good and safe drivers organized by Casa Nini.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!
