Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this accommodation. A brand new 24 m2 Tiny House. Accommodation located less than 15 minutes from the Nevers Magny Cours circuit near Nevers, Decize and the Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire vineyards. 2 minutes from the bike path (side canal to the Loire). Bakery and nautical stopover nearby. The accommodation: 2 beds 90 x 190 (possibility to put them together on request), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette open to the living room. Private parking. Outside: terrace, plancha, garden chairs.

Moi-même et Simba avons vécu ici heureux pendant un certain temps et tout a été fait sur mesure, selon mes goûts (app 1er étage) Niché à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes de la gare, cet hébergement vous offrira je l'espère une expérience remarquable pour ceux qui recherchent confort, style et commodité. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peace and nature in The Morvan

Au cœur du parc naturel du Morvan, cette maison de campagne lumineuse et paisible est entourée de prés où paissent les vaches. La maison est idéale pour un séjour au calme ou du télétravail. Exposée plein sud, elle reste fraîche l’été et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines. Le jardin privé permet de profiter pleinement de la campagne : repas en plein air, hamacs sous les pommiers et longues soirées à regarder les étoiles. Des oeufs frais vous attendent tous les matins.

Charming house (air-conditioned)

Very nice for 2 couples or 1 couple with children (but not suitable for more than 2 workers). Charming and warm house, with 400 m2 of garden, very quiet despite its location in the center of the village of "la Machine", an old mining town located 5 km from St Léger des Vignes and Decize and 1/2 hour from Moulin and Nevers. Small cozy nest, ideal for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating stay! Bicycles, petanque, BBQ, hammocks are at your disposal to enhance your stay.

La Mazurka exceptional stopover in the heart of Moulins

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Château de Paraize

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

25 m2 cottage in the countryside, parking, tranquility, 12 km from Nevers, Magny-Cours circuit (10 km) close to the Sancerre vineyards. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
