Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Located between Magnan and the prestigious area of Fabron, the apartment is a seven-minute walk from the waterfront, the tram that takes you back to the city center and the Promen Promenade des Anglais. Two independent rooms, quiet, bright, unobstructed view, with kitchenette and shower room, 30 m2, 4th floor without elevator, traditional Nice building, 5 minutes' walk from the sea and bus and tram stops, many shops within walking distance. Housing directly adjacent to that of the owner, it corresponds to a part made independent. The arrival time is fixed, but you can ask for a preferred arrival time to see if it's possible.

Well air-conditioned, with balcony sea view, the Promenade des Anglais 50m away, with underground parking, close to all sites and amenities. After each rental, the apartment is fully cleaned and disinfected under strict co-host control. At the foot of the building, you have a lot of choice of travel (tram L2, several buses, blue bike).

Stunning flat with sea view & garden/ Promenade

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
