Vacation rentals with a patio in La Marsa

Cozy, beautiful apartment near some nice cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and happy to help.

The house is beautiful, clean and in a good position. Christine is an owner very gentle and helpful. The pictures reflect the reality. I hope to come back soon!

In a great location of Tunis- not far from airport. It is close to many small shops / restaurants. Apartment is clean and very well done. This is now my go to when in Tunis

Great host and easy to work with.

My partner and I had an enjoyable five-week stay at Nour and Nabil’s Airbnb. The unit was big, bright, and spacious. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of everything in La Marsa. Nour and Nabil were great hosts and were always pleasant and responsive. We also appreciated the weekly cleaning, which was reasonable cost-wise. Their housecleaner did a fabulous job. The three-story building is relatively new, and this unit is on the top floor. It is only accessible by stairs, though.

Very nice place. Quiet, clean, secure residence plus underground parking, close to everything... (shops, restaurants, beach, downtown Tunis.) A place I recommend!!

A perfect stay! The host is exceptionally kind, always available when I needed something. The welcome was warm and very flexible, which made my arrival and departure very pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of La Marsa, close to everything. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and peaceful, and the address is easy to find with Maps. The apartment itself is very cozy, with beautiful little details that make all the difference. I would recommend it without hesitation and can't wait to come back! The apartment is an oriental dream! Beautifully and lovingly designed on three floors with everything your heart desires, including a cozy roof terrace. Close to the center and yet quiet. The nice gentleman who handed us the apartment also had good guest tips in stock. Recommendation: Breakfast in the cafe in the middle of the nearby park of Sidi Bouzid. Diverse and huge portions!

There is a private bathroom in two large beds, and the kitchen and washing machine are in the common area. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Depending on the nearby beach, there are many restaurants and cafes, and it takes about 40 minutes on foot to Sidi Bu-side, but there is an uphill climb, so we recommend using a cheap taxi. If the weather was a little warmer, it looked really good to swim in the ocean! The owner's lady is so kind, the garden is really pretty, and the rooftop view is really beautiful. Recommended place to stay at great value for money

The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos, was clean and well appointed. Communication was smooth and friendly. We felt comfortable and would be back.

Youssef offered to pick us up from the airport, and was good advice throughout the trip. He is a very welcoming and friendly host. The accommodation is very close to shops and Marsa Plage train station, which makes it easy to reach Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. ( Work on the road is making access to Tunis much less easy at the moment) We recommend this listing

How not to give Yousri 5 stars! Yousri welcomed me with great kindness and generosity, not hesitating to spend some time with me for my first stay in Tunisia. He is a very nice, considerate, very responsive host, caring about the comfort and well-being of his tenants. The little house is very nice, clean, quiet, I was able to rest with tranquility throughout my stay in La Marsa. Special mention for the courtyard of the house and its turtle (who loves the salad!). Many shops nearby: restaurants, grocery stores, change shops, snacks... The beach and corniche of La Marsa are about a 10-minute walk away, it's very easy to access. I can only recommend staying with Yousri, you will not be disappointed!

we had a great stay at this lower villa with garden with your feet in the water! a beautiful and peaceful residential area à la marsa. the house is very spacious and well decorated. everything was perfectly clean. 100% recommend!

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Mohamed's apartment was great. The apartment is large and spacious and has everything that you will need for a long term stay. The internet is fast and reliable so there is no issue working from home and there are plenty of spaces to set up and get into the flow state. The apartment is located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of La Marsa and the beach so you can easily get out and explore the neighbourhood. I stayed for a month, but I would have stayed for longer if I had not obligations elsewhere. I can easily recommend Mo's place to anyone wanting to visit the area.
