Villa vacation rentals in La Marsa

Nous étions 7 amis. Maison de charme avec agréable jardin et terrasse dans un beau quartier résidentiel et sécurisé tout prés de la plage et du centre animé de la Marsa accessible à pied en se promenant. Stationnement de la voiture devant la maison .Commerces et restaurants à proximité . Avec le train TGM Tunis, Sidi Bou Said , Carthage sont accessibles rapidement. Tuline a toujours été à l'écoute et a bien noté le petit problème électrique à revoir. Excellent séjour.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything. Madame Fathia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Louée pour loger une partie de ma famille à l’occasion de mon mariage, la Villa proposée par Samira a fait plus que répondre à nos attentes. Bien équipée et entretenue, elle possède surtout un réel charme avec de nombreuses mosaïques et de magnifiques vitraux. Samira a également été une hôte de qualité tant par sa disponibilité que par sa gentillesse. Enfin, en termes de positionnement, il faudra prendre des taxis ou louer une voiture pour se déplacer, mais le placement de la Villa fait que les zones touristiques (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Saïd et même le centre ville) sont plutôt rapides d’accès. Aucun doute sur le fait que je recommande la Villa pour un bon séjour à Tunis.

My best stay in Tunisia so far. Raouda is an amazing host and her house is beautiful. I was staying for almost 3 weeks there and I felt like at home. Very modern and stylish house. Location is perfect also,I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Thank you Raouda so much😊

Quel plaisir de passer une semaine dans l'appartement de Sami et Véronique ! Le petit déj sur la grande terrasse face à la mer, un bonheur ! Le logement était impeccable, la cuisine tout équipée. En fait l'appartement est plus beau encore que sur les photos. L'emplacement est également idéal. À 2 pas du monoprix (montez au café en haut du centre commercial, la vue est dingue), du centre de La Marsa et des taxis. Véronique est une hôte attentive, qui répond rapidement, c'est très appréciable. Mon fils et moi sommes enchantés, et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Boris' beachside villa is simply stunning! Nothing in the world beats waking up and having a coffee on that 1st floor balcony ON THE BEACH! There's such a great vibe there. There's 3 rooms and Boris lives there too and that's a guarantee for great evenings with drinks, talks and laughter. Boris often invites friends over (always asking us beforehand if we mind!) who love to chat and drink with forgeiners. Next time I need to get away from the dreadful Dutch weather, Tunis and Boris are just a heartbeat away and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else ever in Tunis!!! (and a little about the room itself....the bed is very comfy, it's on a dead-end street so pretty quiet. Bathroom is a bit small (especially the shower) but who cares...its just a perfect place to hang out!)

Tahar‘s place is in a very safe and green area in the heart of la Marsa. He is an excellent and extremely responsive host. The house had everything we needed for our stay and we would readily recommend it to anyone.

Had a great time in Tunis and Hichem was very helpful and responsive. A fabulous experience.

We booked the villa for our family gathering and were pleasantly surprised. We loved the warm welcome, the unique arabesque style and took memorable family photos and everyone enjoyed our dinner in the main dining room by the pool. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. We absolutely recommend it.

Great stay at habib’s house his wife made us breakfast in the morning we enjoyed the stay and hospitality

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Excellent stay; from the above and beyond support of the host (Aicha) to having everything you need to make the most of the accommodation, we had an super time staying here. Strongly recommend this place and the location is close enough to most places. Very happy with our choice

Expect a clean place and a very welcoming host. The pool and the garden are nice and common parta are well arranged.

Très grande maison avec piscine dans un emplacement très pratique. Il manque un peu de commodités comme des prises électriques et des serviettes mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande fortement.

Faouzia a été un hôte exceptionnel! Tant par son accueil que par sa sympathie. Lors de la visite du logement elle nous a fais nous sentir comme chez nous. Elle a été de précieux conseil pour savoir où manger et où se balader. La maison es à un emplacement stratégique pour pouvoir aller à gammarth ou sidi bou said. Vous pouvez venir les mains dans les poches Faouzia se charge de tout. La piscine es très bien entretenue et la maison très très bien équipé. Tout es en parfaite état de fonctionnement. Je la recommande à 10000% et je reviendrai très certainement !

Nous avons adoré notre petit passage chez Sonia, pour commencer la villa est magnifique, propre, spacieuse, lumineuse, la decoration de la maison était a la fois élégante et authentique . Le jardin et la piscine étaient la grande cerise sur le gateau. Tout était meme meilleur et bien plus spacieux en vrai que sur les photos. Sonia est également une hôte extrêmement gentille, elle a été flexible pour le check in/out. Nous avons loué la villa pour profiter dun moment sympathique et organiser un petit shooting a l’occasion de l evjf de ma soeur et Sonia a été adorable sur ce point et nous a autorisé a mettre une jolie petite deco a l’extérieur. La communication avec elle était tres agréable et fluide . Nous avons passé un super moment et on reviendra avec grand plaisir .

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful home! The pictures actually don't do it sufficient justice - it's more stunning in person. We loved the look and feel of the place. Kudos to the host for being very responsive and ensuring that even the smallest issues were sorted out immediately they were reported. Overall, a lovely stay!
