Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom is a shared mezzanine with a view. A hanging mazot!

The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière Domaine International France Italie or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.

A 5-minute walk away you can eat or drink at the "MONAL"on the same sidewalk you can buy your tobacco souvenirs from the "SANTA FE" corner and you can also pick up your bread and pastries at the village grocery store.

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.
